Job Description

BROAD FUNCTION & OBJECTIVES:
? Responsibility for the development of the Sealy brand awareness.
? Responsibility for the identification of new dealers and new channels.
? The Business Development Executive will act as a trusted business partner to our retail network.
SPECIFIC OUTCOMES:
1. Sales Growth – Top line sales growth in the designated territory.
2. Channel Growth – Open more points of Channels/Dealers in the designated territory.
3. Brand Growth – Grow Sealy’s brand awareness by building relationships with local interior designers, architects, builders, developers, customers etc.
PROCESSES:
1. Call Cycle – Ensure that a high frequency call cycle is maintained with target groups (eg. interior designers, architects, builders, developers, customers etc.) and our Retail store sales staff.
2. Sales & Product Training – Ensure that the product and sales training imparted
