Work closely with Advisor and contribute to business development. Implement sales strategies and Achieve sales targets. Train Advisors and generate business through them. The candidate should think from long term perspective and never try to cheat the clients/Advisors.

Honesty and Integrity are the key parameters. There is ample scope for the right candidate to grow.

Salary will be best in class. Starting salary Rs. 2.40 Lakhs p.a. plus.
