Required Candidate profile
Very strong communication and presentation skill set.
Should be able to independently carry out perspective/ potential site visits and share a First visit report. Approach clients for new businesses and close deals. Minimum experience of 2 years in Solar Industry. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills Understanding of photovoltaic technology and installation In depth understanding of solar - related policies and regulations In depth understanding of various Business & financial models in Solar Must have prior experience in people management & Should be willing to travel nationally. Experience in O&M Industry
