Job Description

•Ability to develop business from the starting month and be consistent with achieving aggressive growth targets during the initial year and so forth.
•Create and execute sales pitch (extensive experience using power point)
•Experience in bidding and winning IT consulting projects either on project basis or Staffing (Staff Augmentation, SOW, Perm).
•At least 3 years of relevant experience in IT Consulting, Staffing, solutions.
•Ability to address and communicate with clients at all levels - Managers, Directors, and C-Level.
•Responsible for driving the full sales cycle, including; lead generation, qualification, requirements collection, bidding, resume submission, negotiation and sales closure.
•Create a Business Development Plan as needed to Generate Sales Growth and Profitability.
