Business Development Officer/Manager

? Incumbent will be primarily responsible for the Sales and revenue generation.
? Organizing sales visits to client premises and visit the clients
? Find potential clients through networking, cold calling and industry research to increase sales.
? Communicate with clients in person, by phone and by email to understand their needs.
? Establish and nurture relationships with existing clients and potential clients to facilitate sales.
? Use data to help clients understand how HR services can help them achieve their goals.
? Maintain robust MIS and keep himself contemporary.
? Attending conferences and meetings to understand the business pulse.
