Job Description

1. Manpower planning, sourcing and recruitment according to the approvals given by the HOD’s
2. Taking preliminary round of interview and basing on that arranging interviews with the concerned HOD’s and coordinating for selection.
3. Should have excellent working knowledge of MS Office.
4. Issuing of appointment letters to the new joinees.
5. Monitoring and updating the list of new joiners, rejoinees and resignations.
6. Conducting induction sessions with new joiners to disseminate HR Policies and Procedures.
7. Responsible for joining formalities.
8. Should have1-3 years of experience in Payroll, recruitment, Compliance and Employee Management.
9. Should have completed MBA-HR.
10. Collecting all inputs data from all branches and corporate office across AP and compiles all data into payroll software.
