1- Attending to Head Butler Briefing daily basis.
2- Check the guest profiles prior to their arrival, and be ready accordingly.
3- Receive allocated guest on arrival at the door step to the Villa.
4- Carry out the guest registration, room orientation & resort information.
5- Setup a time for island orientation and carry out the same.
6- Promoting Excursions, Recreation & wellness Activities, all Food & Beverage events & Souvenir Shop promotions to increase guest satisfaction & revenue.
