Essential skills :
-He/She should have good knowledge of automotive modeling.
-He/She should have good knowledge of the Model building using ANSA.
-He/She should have knowledge about typical Finite Elements.
-He/She should have knowledge in FE model Quality criteria.

Desirable skills :
-Good knowledge in Automotive Systems / Vehicle Structure.
-Good knowledge of building FE without CAD.
-Good knowledge in modifying the FE mesh for an alternative design.

ANSA-Managing & Relational Skills:
-He/She should be able to communicate and report clearly to the Reporting engineer.
He/she should be able to learn quickly.
