CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Position Summary
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) reports to the chief executive officer and is responsible for the company’s day-to-day operating activities, including revenue and sales growth; expense, cost and margin control; and monthly, quarterly and annual financial goal management. This role is responsible for providing the vision, leadership and management necessary to ensure that the company has the proper operational processes, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems in place to effectively grow the organization and to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency.
