We have an opening as Telecaller for our Insurance Process.
Job Responsibilities:-
Explain features, advantages and disadvantages of various policies to promote sale of insurance plans.
Lead Generation
Follow up on lead generated for Sales Closures
Sale of General Insurance Products
Doing system related work i. e client creation & checking files
Sales Support
Telecalling services including inbound and outbound calls
Contacting customers or prospects to sell products or services
Enter customer information, process orders, forms and applications
Working with the prospect database to develop client prospects
Maintaining daily MIS report
Complete call logs, make call reports
