What will I be doing?
• Leading member obsessed service and member engagement at all times.
• Leading my team to deliver the Crèche Operating Model with structure and enthusiasm at all times.
• Leading my team to deliver the Crèche Activity Planner in line with DLL Ways of Working and Brand Standards.
• Ensuring that services delivered to children meet all requirements of the Children’s Safety Guide and the Crèche Operating Manual and that the needs of the children are a priority at all times in line with the guide.
• Making sure that I, team members and my members are in a safe and healthy environment at all times and ensure the needs of the children are a priority in line with the Guide.
• Knowing your club and engaging with members about their activities and seeking ways to improve their experience of DLL at every opportunity.
• Taking ownership to resolve member’s queries
