Roles and Responsibilities of Outlet CRM:
1) To maintain the right timings and discipline of outlet opening.
2) Report damages and complains regularly to Central office if any.
3) Focus on sale growth by educating the customer on services and product.
4) To report opening of outlet to the Proprietor if on Sundays/Holidays or before or beyond regular working hours.
5) Mandatory deposit of CASH every working day.
6) Mandatory maintaining and sending of MIS report to central office every working day.
7) Maintaining records of regular customers with contact and track the repetition.
8) Give your requirements well in advance for all type of stocks.
9) Should be well aware of rates and policies of the competitor.
10) To inform the deposit amount before 12 PM to accounts every working day.
