Job Description

I. Summary of the requirement:
• Service our customers by answering and listening to their phone call regarding their mortgage loan
• Identify the reason for the phone call and provide the customer with an appropriate response
• Excellent/ Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Mandatory Criteria: Graduate fresher’s OR Graduate + 6months BPO/non-BPO experience
• Customer service experience in a financial/mortgage setting (PREFERRED)
• Shift Timings : Weekdays (Monday to Friday) 5.30 PM IST to 6.30 AM IST
• Weekend only (Saturday) 5.30 PM IST to 2.30 AM IST
• 2 week off’s in a week – One fixed off(Sunday) and the other a rotating week off
II. Salary Details :
• Fresher’s - 15k in hand (2.6L) plus 2750 (Performance incentive)
• Experienced - 22k in hand (upto-3.5L) plus 2750 (Performance incentives
