Job Description

• Ensure that all guests are served as per the hotel standard & on time.
• Greet the guest as per hotel standard, offer them menu, inform them about special offer in restaurant, suggest them beverages & try to up sell it.
• Perform cleaning of back area, stock side sections, and assist team leaders with periodic inventory.
• Communicate with guest and provide assistance with their queries.
• Candidates expected to gather all information about food & beverage served in restaurant.
• Co - ordinate with the kitchen staff, bar staff to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.
• Serve food and beverage to the guest as per the course of order.
• Should be able to make restaurant setups.
• Maintaining proper dining experience, delivering items, fulfilling customer needs, offering desserts and drinks, removing courses, replenishing utensils, refilling glasses.
