Job Purpose:
The Center Manager sets the strategy, business plan and budget for the Language Center. Ensuring alignment to all approved objectives and targets to achieve high performance in terms of growth, efficiency, effectiveness and achievement of the Institute’s vision and mission.
Skills
? A solid, sustained background in management related to education.
? Experience of managing the delivery of a diverse range of language courses.
? Knowledge of the latest developments, technologies, methods and techniques relating to language teaching.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
? Excellent organizational and planning skills.
? Familiarity with generic and specialist IT applications.
? Fluency in English; fluency in other languages is preferred (Arabic, French, Spanish, German etc..)
? A commitment to collegiality.
