Appoint and coordination with channel partners like- Master Distributor, Distributor, Retailer, Franchisee.
Channel growth and maintain to all channel.
Create new retailers and manage relationship with key retail outlet.
Maintain and develop good relationship with customers through personal contact or meetings or via telephone etc.
Should possess the skill to work both in team and also perform independently.

Provide training and manage all channel, Responsible for Achieving Sales Target.

Good Communication Skills, Meeting Sales Goals, Creativity, Sales Planning, Independence, Motivation for Sales, Team handling.
