Job Description

Plan Food Menu for Parties /Restaurant Menus/ Menu engineering, Planning, and implementation.
Responsible for preparing and follow-up of SOPs.
Responsible for preparing standardize recipes and documentation.
Responsible for making daily requisitions and food ordering of the unit.
Responsible for maintaining quality of food and time of service.
Responsible for maintaining food cost of the unit.
Food Stores control.
Budget and forecasting
Minimise wastage and keep food cost to minimum to maintain profit margins.
