Job Description

1. Previous experience of working with callebaut chocolate and elle vire cream.
2. Able to create new desserts independently
3. Supervising and training other chefs in the pastry kitchen.
4. Experience in plated, western and Indian fusion desserts
5. 2 to 5 years of experience in a five star hotel
6. Outside India Experience is a plus
7. Commitment to quality service, and food and beverage knowledge.
8. Must be able to speak, read and understand basic cooking directions.
