I am looking for a CDP who has complete knowledge of Kitchen functionality and Line Management.
Should be excellent in Indian Curries , Tandoor, and atleast 1 other Cusines.
CDP shall be solely responsible for conducting the entire kitchen along with His/ Her Associates.
