Job Description

Daily briefing and debriefing of the supervisor and the staff on duty, on the orders of the day and plan out the work allocation accordingly.
You would need to collect and discuss on the orders and special orders of the day.
Monitoring of all issues on daily and weekly basis and take corrective actions where ever needed.
Responsible for delegating the team on date tagging and hygiene in the premises.
You would be responsible for weekly and daily maintaince of all equipments in production.
Monitoring of closing stock of each section and next day production planning and its execution.
Making sure that there are zero complaints coming from any of our clients.
Following and implementing SOPs.
Multi task team members so that they can be used at critical times.
Rectify any arising problem and come out with new solutions.
