* Complete responsibilities for smooth working of project.
* To prepare DPR, weekly reports and inspection report.
* To co ordinate with Client, Architect and Consultant for completion of schedule work in time with quality.
* To manage Sub contractors for execution of work.
* Monitoring, controlling and reporting to head office.
* Checking and certification of bills, extra claims and preparation of rate analysis.
* Follow-up with vendors for timely delivery of materials & amp; equipments at site.
* Prepare work orders and Purchase orders.
* Certification of contractor’s bill and monitoring the contractor’s payments.
