Client Service Executive

• Improvement of Product Positioning, Brand Management and Developing Strategy with the help of Market Research and Competitor Analysis.
• Working with the concerned Authority of the companies to agree on Annual Media Budgets for Key Projects.
• Receiving the client briefs and analyzing the input of client together and providing the Account Planning Team with the well documented and Refined Briefs and Production Materials as required for their Creative Output.
• Overall responsibility for the Budget, Project Plan and the Deliverables.
• Coordination for the Quotations and preparing of the Client Invoices, JIM (Job Initiation Memo) , PO (Purchase Order), WO (Work Order), RO (Release order) on a Regular Basis.
• Making concerned Reports, Marketing Report, Media Report, and PM Report on a Regular Basis.
• Proof Reading and validating all the Artwork before sending it to the clients
