Job Description

The Client Services Director ( CSD ) is the key strategic and Operational Contact for our internal team and the client. He / She is accountable for all deliverables, work flow, consistency of the Creative Product and Client Satisfaction as a whole. In many ways, the CSD drives the effort to sustain and grow business with the client and is accountable for the same.
The CSD must get “under the skin” of both the brand and the client relationship, not just from the perspective of excellence in delivery but also from the perspective of building a long term, enduring relationship leading to 360 degree growth. The CSD will be taking in lead in providing relevant marketing solutions for the brand, marketing and business problems of the client.
