Cluster Manager - Banking Correspondent Operations

* Establishinggood relationships with Bank's LHO, RBO, DSH & Link Branches.Appointmentof Kiosk operators in allocated URBAN locations of Tamil Nadu.
* Responsible for ensuring completion & submission of documents at the Bank's office for opening CSPs.
* Ensuring proper selection of CSP location & Kiosk Operator with vision of business sustainability. 
* Working towards increasing business performance of CSP'sControlling& monitoring of CSP's to avoid Frauds.  
Achieving targets set by Head Office.
* Any other work; as and when required pertaining Financial Inclusion business   
* Minimum Experience of 5 years in Financial Inclusion & Micro-Markets.Experience in BC (Business Correspondent) business in Tamil Nadu wouldbe preferable
* Graduate/PGStrong leadership and motivational skills Good knowledge of local market and channels Ability to work with least supervision
