Job Description

Handling MBO / SIP Counter making sales improvement and meeting annual sales targets on daily basis without fail.
Hiring and training the sales team
Coordinate with the dealer and maintain good relation with them
Should visit the stores on a daily basis and to visit all the key business dealers at least once in a month – and ensure a smooth functioning of business unit
To liaison with Channel / Trade partners (Distributors) periodically – and ensure their timely investment on stocks and market service is ensured.
Responsible for new outlet adding and business expansion and TP / Distributor appointment.
Has to take care of TPs / Distributors on business aspect
Should have experience in Woven
