• To implement the prescribed process to meet Production requirements of all the businesses and stakeholders as

B.1 Financial:
• Optimize the cost of assigned Area
• Proper wastage control of the area assigned
• Optimum Utilization of Manpower with in the budget

B.2 Operational:
• Prevent overproduction and wastage if the assigned area.
• ensures proper rotation of subordinates and contract staff
• ensure standard recipe is been maintained for all products of the assigned section
• follow the work assigned by Sous Chef
