Job Description

o Filing of E forms with respect to appointment and resignation of Directors and KMP
o Annual Filings: Filing of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss A/c, Annual Returns & XBRL
o Charge management: Filing of e-Forms for creations, modification & satisfaction
o Carry out all types of filings as required under the Companies Act, and under FEMA
o Maintaining statutory records and registers, Minute Books and Share Certificates etc. 6. Alterations in MOA & AOA
o Preparing agendas and taking minutes of board meetings and shareholder meetings
o Company Incorporations
o And to assist the Heads in all matters pertaining to Secretarial functions
