Construction Manager

• Ensure proper planning for the works, workout in detail the requirement of manpower and plant and machinery in coordination with site engineers and discuss with GM, scheduling and monitoring of the project activities without compromising on safety and quality.
• Ensure smooth coordination between all parties; contractor/s, consultants, architects, suppliers, owners etc…with regards to work procedures, complaints and construction problems with the aim to achieve timely completion of the project and within the budgets set out and agreed to.
• Select, contract and oversee workers who complete specific pieces of the project, such as painting or plumbing.
• Lead the entire project team from the front, to ensure overall profitability and productivity.
