Job Description

Main duties & responsibilities:
- Coordination of entire Drishtee activities all across India (Operations, not Developments)
- Analysis of Performance / budgets / targets / actual
- Strategy for accounts at the field level
- Communication / Projects / Proposal writing

Desired Qualification Level:
B.Com / BA / B.Sc.
Preferably with accounts or analysis experience.

Most Relevant Experience: 5 years or above

Most Important Skills:
- Human skills (interaction with people)
- Analysis & data
- Writing & language skills
- Accounts skills

The other most important factors (criteria) in candidate selection:
• Understanding of rural life in India.
• Previous experience in formulating Training and Management based content.
• Willingness to undertake extensive travel to rural areas.
