1. To provide outstanding levels of service to both our clients and their customers
2. Liaising with external customers, to anticipate and respond to their needs
4. Producing professional documents/presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
5. Ensure that all the information is recorded accurately in the system at all times
6. Coordinating with Online Travel Agencies on day to day basis
7. Providing confirmations of booking to Online Travel Agencies and Clients
8. Assisting clients and/or their staff in operating our software, feeding and managing business related information.
