Job Description:
The Candidate should be well versed with corporate laws applicable to a business entity. He should be able to develop a preventive legal management programme for domestic & international issues..
As a Lead role in Corporate Legal Affairs you will be responsible for:
1. Matters pertaining to License Agreement
2. IPR related Matters (Trademarks, Copyright, Patents etc)
3. Shareholder Agreement.
4. Various issues pertaining to Foreign Collaboration (JV, M&A).
5. Conduct Legal reviews & Validation of all contracts.
6. Liaise with external Counsel / Law firms for expert opinions as & when required.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Must have handled matters pertaining to IPR (Trademarks, Copyright and Patents etc).
Minimum 10+ years of Experience in Corporate.

Qualification: LAW Graduate/ LLM
Experience: 10+ years
