Job Description

As a Country Head you will be required to drive the business numbers from existing and new customers, Reporting in to President of Sales and working closely with company's wider management team you will be responsible to

Roles and Responsibility:
• Recruit, train and motivate sales team
• Develop plans and strategies to meet or exceed the revenue target in direct Sales.
• Devise, implement, and modify as needed specific sales strategy that aligns with company goals
• Oversee the sales training program to ensure that sales people are able to achieve set targets that support overall company revenue objectives by formulating and implementing competency building
• Establish and drive company sales processes and values; and support implementation of the same.
