Credit Underwriter

•Have approval authority notwithstanding the amount
•Understand the risk assessment process on loan applications, especially on unsecured loan requests
•Is well versed with the underwriting nuances and processes
•Is capable of being custodian of the portfolio approved by him and is able to suggest changes to policies based on ongoing changes in the performance on the portfolio approved by him
•Is capable of scrutinizing relevant documents before sanctioning loans within defined TAT, client interview, ensuring compliance as per bank's credit policies
•Supervising, controlling delinquency and credit loss
•Fulfilling the credit training needs of entire business team on a continued & timely basis.
•Portfolio management, Audit control, structuring of deals, meeting existing clients.
•Knowledge of Indian Loan Market.
