It is an exciting opportunity to work with a start-up in fitness and wellness industry. You are required to be well-versed in offering online and on-call customer support and amaze customer with the customer handling skills. Please see below the detailed responsibilities and job expectations.
Key responsibilities:
• Providing online and on-call customer support.
• Making marketing calls to get more customers.
• Handle customer concerns.


• Confident communication skills and proficiency in English, Hindi and Punjabi languages.
• Experience in providing Online and On-call Customer support
• Knowledge of Excel and at least some understanding of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).


INR 180,000 – 240,000 p.a.
