JOB RESPONSIBILITES :
Deals with incoming customer calls with a friendly and positive manner and provides outstanding service to the customer throughout the duration of the call.
The associate provides excellent customer service.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Should be able to speak English, Hindi
Good communication skills
Polite and customer service oriented
Exhibits patience and empathy to resolve customer queries
