Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties

- Good communicator in English and Hindi (secondary)
Persuasive and a good negotiator
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with appropriate priority while performing customer service
- CCE is required to take inbound calls related to customer requests, queries and complaints for Products
- Strong soft skills and need to have a good command over English as a language
- High on customer centricity
- Strong logical reasoning & probing capability
- Should be flexible between a windows of 24/7 rotational environment

Qualifications and Skills

Any UnderGraduate/Graduate Who know English/Hindi along with Oriya Regional Language can apply for this Job.
