Job Description

Handling calls related to baggage delay, tracing, claims and compensation related queries for customer travelling through Airlines.

Handling tickets reservations and cancellations for International Airlines.

Handling inbound calls and up selling of products and services like Hotel booking, Car rentals, etc.

Requirements
I. Excellent communication skills in English required .
II. INBOUND CUSTOMER SUPPORT
III. FLIGHT/HOTEL/TRAVEL PACKAGES BOOKING

Education:
UG + Exp, Any Graduate - Any Specialization, Graduate FRESHERS
GRAD Freshers/Under Grad+ Mimimum 6 months Experience are eligible

SALARY RANGE: Best in industry + incentives

TRANSPORT: BOTH SIDE CAB
