Job Description

Executive should be Graduate in any stream
Should have ITES/BPO experience (min 2+ years)
Good Communication skills
Lead Generation experience will be added advantage
Ready to work in flexible shift timings
Preferred above average in MS office
Highly focussed to work and determined to show continuous improvement in CSAT level
Must adhere to daily call metrics including O/B and I/B Calls answer, Talk Time, Avg. handle time, consistent call quality & call documentation, maintain good CSAT level
Meet the process quality standards (Call Quality above 85% and Data Accuracy – 90% and above)
