Job Description

Able to multi-task.
Excellent Communication skills in Hindi, English and regional language; verbal and listening skills
Able to interpret needs and articulate best responses.
Able to deliver good rebuttals.
Good command of grammar and spelling.
Able to mirror the caller’s style.
Minimum experience of at least 1 year of working as a Help desk agent and must be proficient in regional/Hindi Languages.


Must have the ability to communicate clearly with clients at varying levels, conceptually and tactically.
Good verbal/written communication skills.
Should be open to work in 24 by 7 environments.
