Designation : Customer Relationship officer
Job Description:
· Handling all inbound and outbound calls, customer queries and concerns Pan India & abroad managing the escalations from them by providing required resolutions.
· Updating the customers regarding the development of the projects.
· Internal coordination with the team to arrange call backs.
· Coordination with the sales team to follow up with the customers.
· Maintaining the complete database of the customers in CRM.
· Reviewing the process from time to time to ensure better customer experience & satisfaction.
