Responsibilities:
• Building and maintaining profitable relationship with all customers.
• Overseeing the relationship with customers being handled by both calling and execution team
• Resolving customers complaints quickly and efficiently
• Conducting meetings to facilitate execution process smoothly.

• Clearly communicating the service differentiation

• Making sales pitch
• Proper follow-up with the customer
