Customer Relationship Executive

Job Responsibilities
- Conducting CSAT surveys and PSR.
- Needs to send out emails to the stakeholders for any queries or concerns highlighted while surveying.

Job Specifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.

Working Relationships
- TAMs and SAMs

Education:
- Minimum HSC with more than 6 months experience or any graduate either fresher or experienced. Preferably from voice process (BPO background)

Compensation
- Freshers 2.66 Lacs, Experience upto 3 lacs CTC max

Working Hours: Primarily Night Shift/Evening shift
