Helping the customer calling in to get our services – in time
Guiding the client to locate our franchisees.
Guiding the franchises in availing best schemes from the company.
Motivating and supporting the franchisees to improve their productivity.
Helping them in handling them in quality, cost and speed of our services.
Customer feedback collection from clients who have availed our services.
Evaluating the good and the poor performances of franchisees.
Grievances handling if it comes from Franchisees of Customers.
Person Specification:
Good written and verbal communication skill.
Should know Hindi, English and additional one regional language.
Happy to receive and make calls.
