Job Description
Manage Online Customer Retention & Business Development activities. Take initiatives in customer satisfaction via process improvement plans, efficient reporting and flow of information. Maintains industry relationships and responsible for coordinating with a team of customer service and design team. Candidate must have excellent skills in Microsoft Excel. Familiar with variety of the customer retention concepts, practices and procedures. Performs a variety of tasks like develops budgets, data crunching, deposits and withdrawal, competitor analysis, latest market trends, etc.Leads and directs player retention in online gaming space.
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to Operations Head.
Qualification
MBA in Marketing
3 years experience working in a call center or online retail environment
