Job Description

1) Answering calls politely and professionally to provide information about services.

2) Keeping records of customer interactions and different transactions, recording details of complaints, comments, inquiries.

3) Follow up to ensure that appropriate action has been taken on customer requests and complaints.

4) Escalate unresolved customer requests, pass on grievances to higher departments for further investigation and clarification.

5) Handling employee issues, staffing, managing client schedules, managing workflow

6) Make reminder calls to clients, send follow-up emails and schedule appointments.

7) Always check and ensure that Customer Service follow-up procedures are complete and meet time standards and regulations.

8)Letting the customer know the cause of the problem and resolving the same with adequate information and help.
