Job Description

He should be having 2 years of experience in forex industry and will be responsible for ensuring smooth processing of the company's payments and investigating payment queries in an environment where thousands of transactions are processed each day.

File all KYC documents after verification, all required daily reports including FLM s to be print and file without fail on daily basis.

Maintain documentation as per internal / external guidelines.

Maintain all registers, records and documentation as per guidelines.

Ensure payment queries are resolved in a timely manner and escalating any complex or long outstanding issues to the Customer Service Supervisor and Branch Manager.

Candidate must have two wheeler as this job includes field work.
