?Resolving the queries of the customers who would be buying products from our E-Commerce portal.
?Providing knowledge on products & services to the US customers
?Capable of handling e-mails and chats
?Capable of handling Customer queries & complaints
?Helping to develop strong customer relationship
?Constantly following up with the customers whenever required
Any Fresher candidate would be considered but he should possess excellent written & oral communication skills.
