JOB DESCRIPTION:
Customer Service for an online food delivery chain.
Handling customer grievances on call & assisting them.
Settling payment & delivery related queries.

POSITION:
Customer Service Executive

LOCATION:
Thane

REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum SSC pass.
Should speak atleast a little English along with their respective regional languages.

SHIFT TIMING:
11AM to 8PM

SALARY:
Upto 14,000 + incentives.

WEEKOFF:
1 ROTATIONAL OFF.
