Job Description

1. handling of walking customer at branch and serve them with top most priority.
2. to ensure timely processing of customer request and login forms within time limit.
3. followup with customer for activation of digital platform on web as well mobile application
4. educate customer for online platforms.
5.record keeping of meetings at branch
6. maintain and updation of customer profile from time to time
7. to generate necessary MIS as Require by Management from time to time
8. to provide support for acquisition managers.
9. calling customer for engagement and cross sell opportunities.
