Job Description

• Facilitate Customer complaint mgmt – Related to Cylinder Customers and Franchisees- To receive complaint from Customer / Sales
• Order receipt and Clubbing / Proactive calling for Payment / SAP - Order processing for Cylinders / Bulk
• Payment Follow Up / Proactive calling for Payment / Receipt of cheques / DDs from customers and giving Finance for entry in SAP
• Co-ordinate to fulfill orders as per Service Standards – Cylinders & Bulk
• Follow up for BG renewal & SAP updation
• Ensure Optimum Secondary Distribution cost – Cylinders & Bulk
• To co-ordinate for data for master creation of new customer in SAP
• Ensure timely and accurate Price updation
• Price Communication letters to all customers
• Customer queries related to dispatches and financial statements
• Custodian of Agreements / BG’s
• Handling Customer enquiryries
